男性性別 Male

擁有男性身分及特徵的人。

女性性別 Female

擁有女性身分及特徵的人。

變裝 / 異裝性別 Crossdresser / Transvestite

喜歡以傳統上被視為異性化的風格裝扮自己，並作出相應舉止的人。
A person who likes to dress and act in a style or manner traditionally associated with the opposite gender.

跨性別 Transgender

自我性別認同與指定生理性別不相符的人。
A person whose sense of personal identity and gender does not correspond with their biological sex assigned at birth.

流動性別 Gender Fluid

流動於兩種或以上性別之間，或介乎於有性別與無性別的人。
A person who fluctuates between more than one gender, or between having a gender and not having one.

酷兒性別 Genderqueer

性別認同超出二元性別的人。
A person whose gender identity falls outside the male-female binary.

間性別 Intersex

先天生殖特徵不符合典型男女定義的人。
A person who is born with a reproductive or sexual anatomy that doesn’t seem to fit the typical definitions of female or male.

男性化性別 Butch

自我認同通常為女性，於社會及感情中被視為飾演男性化角色的人。性傾向一般為女同性戀、男同性戀或酷兒性戀。

女性化性別 Femme
